Shipping your custom creations

Once your mockup is approved, we initiate a 2–3 business day turnaround time until your order ships. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country, payable to the shipping carrier at the time of delivery. Our shipping charges do not include these additional costs.

Please note, we are not responsible for transit delays caused by shipping couriers, such as weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events. For seamless delivery, please share your phone number for shipping purposes. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses; please provide an alternate address (home or work) to ensure smooth delivery.

Shipping costs for your Teez-2-Craftz order depend on the size of your order and its destination. Our system calculates the most accurate shipping rate to ensure fair pricing for every custom item.

Returns and exchanges policy
